Statutory right of withdrawal
Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The period is fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods. For a single order delivered in several shipments, parts or pieces, it begins when the last shipment, part or piece is received.
To exercise your right, inform Arsmenzi, owner Göktan Zafer Arslan, Nordbergstr. 21, 74076 Heilbronn, Germany, email shop@arsmenzi.com, phone +49 176 87345293, of your decision by a clear statement, for example by email or letter. You may use the model form below, but this is not mandatory.
It is sufficient to send the notification before the period expires. You can additionally use the electronic cancellation or return request functions in your customer account or on the order status page. These functions do not restrict your right to send another clear statement.
Effects of withdrawal
We will reimburse all payments received from you, including the cost of the least expensive standard delivery offered by us. Additional costs resulting from a more expensive delivery choice are not reimbursed.
Reimbursement is made without undue delay and no later than fourteen days after receipt of your notice. We may withhold it until we receive the goods back or you provide evidence of return, whichever occurs first.
Unless expressly agreed otherwise, reimbursement uses the original payment method and does not incur fees.
You must return the goods without undue delay and no later than fourteen days after notifying us. The deadline is met if you dispatch them before it expires.
You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
You are liable for diminished value only where it results from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
Exceptions
The statutory right does not apply, in particular, to goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalised; goods liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly; sealed goods unsuitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons once unsealed; and other cases provided by law. The legal requirements must be met in each case.

Additional voluntary 30-day return option
In addition to the statutory right, we offer consumers a voluntary return option up to 30 days after receipt. Goods must be complete and, except for the inspection permitted under the statutory right, unused and undamaged. This option does not limit statutory withdrawal or warranty rights.
Contact shop@arsmenzi.com before a voluntary return. You bear the direct return costs unless the goods are defective or we expressly agree otherwise.
Incorrect, damaged or defective goods
Contact us promptly with your order number and, where useful, photographs. Statutory warranty rights remain fully unaffected. Where a return is required because of a justified defect or incorrect delivery, Arsmenzi bears the necessary return costs.
