Delivery area

We deliver to the countries and regions available during checkout. If a destination is not offered, we currently cannot accept an order for it.

Shipping costs

The shipping costs applicable to your order are shown separately before submission. They depend on destination, products, weight, dimensions and the available service.

Delivery times

The applicable delivery time is shown on the product page or during checkout. Delivery times begin after contract conclusion and, where advance payment is agreed, after payment is received. Sundays and public holidays at the destination are not business days.

If products have different delivery times, the longest normally applies unless we arrange reasonable partial shipments. Partial shipments do not create additional shipping costs.

Shipping and tracking

We select a suitable carrier and service unless a specific option is offered during checkout. Tracking is provided where the selected service includes it. Some postal services provide only limited or no end-to-end tracking.

Availability and delays

If a product unexpectedly becomes unavailable, we will inform you without undue delay and reimburse any payment already made for it. Circumstances outside our reasonable control may delay delivery. We will inform you of material delays. Statutory rights remain unaffected.

Address and failed delivery

Provide a complete and accurate address and ensure delivery can be made. Additional costs caused by an incorrect address or culpable failure to accept delivery may be charged only where legally permissible and actually incurred.

Transport damage

Please report visible damage to the carrier and us as soon as possible. Failure to do so does not affect a consumer's statutory rights.

Transfer of risk

For consumers, risk passes only when goods are delivered to the consumer or a designated recipient, unless the consumer independently commissions a carrier not previously offered by us. For entrepreneurs, the statutory shipment rules apply.
